“INTERIOR DESIGN”
“ADVERTISING GRAPHICS”

DURATION OF THE COURSES

The annual courses, both for interior design - furnishings and for visual design - advertising graphics, are articulated in two consecutive semesters of study.
The complete course offers the frequency to both semesters but, in accordance with the interest of each, she/he/it/you is possible to attend only the first semester of the course.
Those people that already have a good foundation, can obtain a direct admission to the second semester, after a specific evaluation of their skills.
The final diploma is awarded at the end of the second semester.
To each semester are admitted , on average, 15 participants.

SCHEDULE OF THE LESSONS

Every semester understands 400 hours of lesson in 20 weeks, each of the that schedule 20 hours of lesson
(from Monday to Friday).
The lessons are primarily held in the mornings (from 9.00 to 13.00 a.m.) but, in accordance with the courses, some hours of lesson can be fixed in the afternoons ( from 14.00 to 18.00 p.m.).
The subjects of study are described in detail in the special program of each course (see the entry "courses").

Courses calendar:
- FIRST semester: beginning: September 22nd, 2010 and terminating: February 18th, 2011
- SECOND semester: beginning: February 21st 2010 and terminating: July 15th, 20111

COST OF THE COURSES

Each semester has the following SETTLEMENTS : registration 1500 Euro + 2 enrollment fees of 950 Euro.

EVALUATION OF MERIT DURING THE COURSES

The course participants are closely followed by the teachers and their progress is constantly evaluated. The passage from the first semester to the second is done through an exam with grades given in Italian university system ( in thirtieths : 30/30 ) for each matter.

DIPLOMA

The final evaluation, for the attainment of the diploma, is effected, for each matter, in the last two weeks of the second semester of the course, with single exams and with the attribution of a grade in thirtieths (30/30) that takes in account the general progression during the whole course. The final grade is taken into consideration by the firms that are offering workstations to the graduates ( see the page"job offers" ).

DIDACTIC EQUIPMENTS

In recent years the Academy has paid particular attention to the acquisition of specific tools for the Apple Macintosh and Dos series, which are being continually updated and integrated with the latest and most modern programs and tools for computer generated images and design available on the market.

REGISTRATION

Enrollment will be accepted until class completion .

The registration is open to every Italian and foreign citizen. The possession of a High School Diploma (Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore ) is preferred, in consideration of the fact that every year the numbers of people applying is notably superior to the numbers of available places.

AVAILABLE PLACES

For every course is available, on average, 15 places for each one of the two specializations (Interior / Graphics).
Priority is given by following the date of your submissions . The submissions, however, can be received at any time of the year.
